Improving Efficacy of Tsunami Warnings Along the West Coast of the United States

In this paper, we developed the farmework to dissemination tsunami early wraning alerts by integrating Tsunami Warning Center alerts with the current earthquake early warning scheme of the MyShake smartphone application.
